Are these EULA locked to RPG Maker or can they be used in other engines (say SRPG Studio) so long as proper attribution and credit is given?
It's free to use and manipulate into any engine. I understand that sometimes the layout of the sheet itself may need altering or even split up into sections so all of that's fine.
Yeah the usual credit and love is a must :)
