Create your very own party featuring this Animated Battler Lancer and Paladin Class Base!
Folder contains 4 different skin tones of male and female versions. Plus an additional folder of five weapons. Weapons come in two images, one of the weapon in full (to be layered behind the character) the second which is broken up (to be layered over the character).
These sheets are640x2240 with each frame at 160x160
Includes 14 rows of 13 poses and 1 credits section:

- Woozy/State

- Advance running
- Retreat running
- Victory

Alternative job class
Lancers use a Spear and can also double as a Paladin class which uses a Shield as a main weapon. Switching is easy since both sheets use the same base.
Streamline is the latest and only version of Holders Animated Battlers you'll ever need. New configurations and designs will all work together perfectly and be consistent with every future release.
Poses are not fixed for purpose and can be used however you like, chain poses together for some serious combos! Bring your battles to life like never before! Recolouring is easy and just add more layers to add features as you like.
These require an additional script/plug in to work with whichever RPGMaker engine you're using or game creating software. For a list of plug-ins/scripts please visit the scripts list and also the set-up guides
Holders animated battlers has been an ongoing project of mine for many years and I hope to bring consistency to your own projects. All donations go towards this project as means of software that will be used to bring more content in the future.

Would there be a base for sword AND shield?

Can I use these bases in engines other than RPG Maker series?

All my bases have both running towards and away animations. Also Idle as standard pose.
Woah, you finished! Looking amazing, as always. I'm always impressed by your animation skills, it's very smooth and professional. Any chance there'll be a version of the female without the bounce? As a girl myself, I hurt in sympathy any time I see that kind of thing.
Aw thank you. The bounce is easy enough to remove as I don't touch any of the pixels around the body, so when clothing just keep the body image still and follow the body motion. I hope when people put armour on her they'll not keep the bounce either.
Oh yeah, the animation is done purely with shading, wow. You're right, that would be easy to work around, thank you.
And here I was, looking for tall sprites to use for MV. These looks so good! I was wondering if there are male versions as well.
